Guy's Behavior

Not sure if this guy likes me. Any ideas?

So I have been spending time with a guy I like a lot. I would say we are some kind of friends. He’s very charming and good looking. And he’s huge player. I made it clear that I don’t want to get into his bed in the beginning. We spent a lot of time together after that. He made me meet some of his friends recently. He also started flirting with me in a more intimate way. ( the past two weeks have been crazy) He remembers things I said about some guys a long time ago. Also, he always asks for my advices. We exchanged some dirty texts recently and it was very unexpected. I know that he sleeps around but there’s just so much tension between us. It feels like he wants to spend time with me , and is afraid to say he likes me, because he knows his games won’t work on me and I know too much about him. He always tries to briefly touch me , or hug. Should I just tell him I want to kiss him? don’t have any other ideas. Gosh. )
