So weird shit aside I can actually speak on this from experience. When my ex wife was pregnant I became insatiable. Later we found out from her OB that there has been a few studies but the results aren't concrete but they suspect that there may be a correlation between the pheromones women put off during pregnancy can in some cases increase male attraction/sex drive in some men. I was one of those men. But I also was a bit of a doter and would give her rub downs, food in bed, shave her legs for her, and make the 3 AM food runs (part of why I got my own sympathy bump during her pregnancies lol).

There's another aspect to consider too. A lot of women become EXTREMELY self-conscious when they become pregnant and some men, me anyways, also saw sexual intimacy as a way of reminding her that I still found her attractive and appealing.
