You definitely can't have your period while pregnant. Your period is when the uterine lining is "shedding" because the egg was not fertilized, therefore not implanting in the lining.
It could just be hormone changes. If you are truly worried you should take a pregnancy test.

I had my period the first month I was pregnant, so did my mom when she was pregnant with me. A lighter period than you're used to & your symptoms COULD mean pregnancy, but it could also mean several other things.
Take a test to be sure, though.
Tell him his imagination is pregnant, and it's giving birth to all sorts of insecurities.

Because implantation bleeding is often mistaken as a menstrual period, you should still take a pregnancy test just to be safe
