Guys, do you like being told you’re hot? And sweet?

Do you often get these compliments? Do you like them or not really the best compliments you’d like to receive? If so what are the compliments you would value most?

Only the top 5-10% of guys (based on physical attraction) get compliments from women of datable age. The vast majority of men get nearly no compliments ever, except occasionally from women 20+ years older than they are. So most men have no way to answer this question.

But to answer your question, most guys would love to be told that they're hot. Most don't really want to be called "sweet" - they'd much rather be complimented on more masculine characteristics. Tell him he's handsome, strong, tough, protective, bad-ass, etc. Don't call him cute, or sweet, or anything that you'd call a puppy or a kitten.

Yes, we love being referred to as hot or handsome. Sweet is not so valued. It is nice that we know that we are sweet... and that she believes I am sweet, however, it does not sound good alouod. Go with F-in handsome, OMG... SweeeeT ;-)

I get told I'm handsome a lot but not sweet. in my opinion being called sweet is generally more of a compliment to a girl.

It depends on the man. Me I don’t care about compliments. It doesn’t have the same affect on me the way it does most women. I do things regardless of whether compliments are given or not.
