Is it a red flag to have a girl pop up in his search bar and he says he didn't search her... or is it a red flag that you find this out by snooping through his phone?

Depends who the girl is. In general you shouldn’t be snooping through his phone (I wouldn’t want my boyfriend snooping through mine) but that could be a red flag depending on who she is.
