Should I block him on Instagram?

Last week my ex rang me as he said he wanted to say sorry, he said how he treated me was wrong we and also asked if we could meet up and try fix things. I said it’s a possibility. I was all in shock really because after things finished with us he dated someone else. He said it didn’t feel right with her why they broke up. He was saying he missed me and wanted to put things right. He then added me on Instagram and I thought what the hell I’ll just add him back he then messaged me on Instagram saying he had a dream about me and I replied back saying was it anything decent it’s now 4 days and he hasn’t replied back his posting on his story so his active on his Instagram. Is he just talking complete crap because he was bored? Is he playing some sort of game with me?
Should I block him from Instagram?

yes he's taking piss doll dont fall for it my ex done the same text me a lot or hardly ever through the day now and then or say he would fone but didn't i said ure just bored talk to more important people first nd leave me ure fkn girlfriend till last and that how i knew something fishy was going on with him weird block him hunni he's ripping it
