Midnight falls into the range of time I affectionately refer to as "Just No O'Clock."

Just No O'Clock is basically any time that there isn't really a good, innocent reason to just randomly contact someone. That is, unless you have a very specific platonic or business reason that you can point to for why you needed to hit that person up AT THAT TIME; you should assume that the text would have been more appropriate to send at another time.

Times basically range from 9pm-8am on weeknights. 12am-8am weekend nights.
