If you kiss someone and feel something to they feel it too?

So this may sound bad but I slept with my exes little cousin the other day. Lets be clear my ex and I have been broken up for 6 months now and not talking for four, he has a new girlfriend and we are no longer communicating. Well a couple of nights ago his cousin who I knew before my ex hit me up asking me to hang out and what not. He made his intentions clear and let me know that he had found out his baby mama who he was with for 8 years had been sleeping with two of his friends when he wasn’t there.. this girl also used to be a really good friend of mine but wasn’t good to me if that makes sense. She cost me another friendship of mine that I was very found of. Eventually me and this friend that the baby mama sabotaged our friendship we started reconnecting. The baby mama thought it be fit to message me about being friends again to which I told her I wasn’t interested in being her friend what so ever but if we see each other I would be civil but not like how it used to be. Any way the cousin ends up at my house and we’re talking for a good two hours about his baby mama, my ex, his family, and just bullshitting. I found out his baby mama pretty much pressured my ex to date this new girl, and yea it’s ultimately his decision but she KNEW that would hurt me. I had asked the cousin a million times if he was sure about this bc he has everything to lose by doing this and he was very sure he wanted to do this even said “I’ve been waiting so long to do this” I’ve personally never looked at him in this way so this was new to me. Anyways we went to the bed room and proceeded to make out to where I felt a spark, I’m not sure if he felt it as well and now I’m conflicted. Is it possible he felt it too?
