Why does he keep coming back even after we are done he still wants sex acts rude but when I act rude he replies and conversates but regular conversations he is short and dismissive only when I push him away an say no then that's when he talks.

He probably likes the fact that he’s getting a rise out of you. Try not to message back and block him. The more you answer the more it adds fuel to the fire. He’ll keep coming back because he knows you’ll answer. He’s also just being toxic at that point because he keeps bugging you even after being broken up.
