Recently I’ve been ignoring one of my supervisors because he was rude to me. I don’t like him and think he’s a jerk?

But recently he’s been teasing me here and there. Also when I was talking to one of my coworkers, out of the corner of my eye was passing by me and he had this look on his face like he was annoyed. I definitely know he doesn’t like me more than a coworker. I was wondering why he is acting this way?
