Silly question but if a guy gets your name hidden in a tattoo and dates of anniversaries does that mean he cared less about me than the girl he got pregnant whom he might also have a tattoo of?

I imagine, even if both parties are tattoosed upon body, that the one producing child would be held closer to his heart 💜 🤷🏻‍♂️. Sometimes though, the child drives him apart into Regrets and ends that relationship beyond child support and visitation. Who knows for sure in this context.
