Guys, looking a girls social media so she can see but not following her or reaching out to her?

I recently went out on a date with a guy things went well etc etc, he was out of town afterwards so I haven’t seen him since, I reached out once and we had a brief text exchange of a few messages. He asked about some stuff he knew going on in my life etc. He hasn’t reached out since, if he’s not interested then cool fine whatever his loss, but he keeps looking at my social media but isn’t following me. So he’s clearly curious about me but he isn’t saying anything…is he interested or not? I would reach out but I already did that previously and I think the ball is in his courts
