Because my trainer he asked me if anyone in my family trains strength at the gym, because I guess I know a lot about it already
I said yeah my brother but he likes to go alone, I assumed he may been thinking well if her brother trains so much why does she need a personal gym trainer
So I explained he won’t come with me though he said he likes to go alone, I asked him like so many times I think I went with him like once and he was like “you shouldn’t be lifting that it’s too heavy for you” he just doesn’t like to come with me and my trainer looked very awkward at the floor and went silent as if he knew something I didn’t
