Before me and my ex broke up we tried for months to have a baby and I kept getting negative test results the day after we broke up I got 4 positive pregnancy test I called him and told him the news and i asked him if he wanted to keep it or get an abortion since we are not together he didn't say anything for 2 minutes so I hung up is that a sign he wants me to get an abortion or should I give him time to think

Now that we are not together he's saying I trapped him but while we were together he told me almost everyday how he couldn't wait until I got pregnant

The way you are describing it, it does not sound like you trapped him however it is not exactly uncommon for women to trap men this way, so it is understandable why he would immediately jump to that conclusion.
