I would definitely not do it. But I wouldn't use that word in general either.

If it's a girl I like, I wouldn't write to her with vocabulary like she were my "homie". When someone seem interested in me and they use that lingo, I lose a bit of interest.

I’ve never called a girl “dude”.
The word “guys” however can refer to either/both genders within a group, like “How are you guys?”.
