I’m a female but my chest is honestly flat as an ironing board and I don’t wear any bras. Sometimes I notice guys staring at my itty bitties and am uncomfortable … I tend to wear clothing that doesn’t show my nipples by the way. Would you be surprised to see a girl who is completely flat?

Honestly looks are subjective. You can ask two men about their preferences in girls and get two completely different answers.
Some guys love big breasted girls, while for me, I find them repulsive. I’ve heard of men who actually love and fetishise flat chested women. Someone you find attractive might be terribly ugly to your friend. I’m gonna give you another example: I know of some women who swears by “the bigger the better”, while for others, their ideal size is well within the normal range or weirdly, on the smaller end.
There’s nothing to be self-conscious about (if you are), all these makes us truly unique.
