What does it mean when guys send you old photos?

I’ve been talking to this guy on tinder and we eventually progressed to texting. He started sending me pictures of himself of just random things he was doing throughout his day. Today I saved one and when I went to look back at it in my photos the date came up. It was in 2018. Then out of curiosity I saved more and 50% were from different time periods. This is actually the second guy who has done this to me. What is the point of it and is it a red flag?
