Few days ago a married guy I had previously flirted with like 4 months ago haven’t flirted with them since we talk on social they message most days and still say the occasional flirty thing to me only time he don’t message is weekends anyways this weekend I get message just before he said he going to sleep he sent my photo of him and his kids I’m little confused why

I suppose, as long as there is nothing sexual or flirty in it then I'd take it as a friendly greeting. Like in the old days when we used to send postcards.

I myself do this with my friends on snapchat, send pictures like greetingcards out of the blue.
Although, I don't flirt much with them anymore. I used to though, we used to act weird to eachother just to exceed our boundaries and show affection in a funny way, like in a "You go girl"-kind of vibe.
But that may just be a goofy-guy-thing, similar to roasting eachother for affection.
