But he gets annoyed by something about me which I get. And we fight a lot.
He said he still wants to keep talking to me and meet me, despite of that.
Also he made it clear that he cares a lot about me.

For me it's all new to have this kind of connection with a man, I just don't get why we fight a lot and then he still says that to me.
