So me and this guy i know from school were at the same party and he was standing behind me for no reason and also next to me really close, so his hand was touching mine. I think he felt kind of uncomfortable, and he was looking at me but when i would look back he would look away. He didn't really talk to me, he just asked me how i was when i was standing alone. I felt like he likes me but i can't be sure. What do y'all think?

Honestly speaking, he seems to be at least attracted to you. Given that I don’t know if you two have talked, I think you can see if he tries to stay near to you, maybe continue avoiding your stare and so.
He probably is a bit timid or at least he doesn’t know if you are approachable or doesn’t have the courage to do so.
If you are annoyed by his attitude and his attempts, I suggest you may talk to him directly, maybe clarifying you don’t want anything from him and asking him what does he want.

He is 18 same as me, we talked a little but it was more small talk, but I am really nervous when it comes talking to him, and i think he might be the same
