no, I would not be mad I understand that it takes a while to get ready and do all that kind of stuff but I don't like it when people touch my hair because it takes forever to do it. I am mixed and those good light skin curly hair and when people touch it it gets all frizzy

First, I wouldn't be involved with a woman who wore 💄 lipstick except for VERY special occasions. (ie. weddings, anniversary dinners, etc) Daily? No way, too much glam. Second, I'm not horny caveman who has no self control or self-awareness. I wouldn't be trying to kiss her if I knew she had it on. I'm not a big PDA guy anyway so the chances of it happening are nearly zero.
Would I get mad if it actually happened and she rejected my 😘? No, I choose my battles carefully. She may catch a bit of an attitude from me and a casual talk about it later, but nothing more.
