that really depends on the circumstances...

if they are someone I know, I do try to calm things down... if I know them well, then I put a stop to it right away or I will know better and to not get involved or in the middle of it lmfao

but if they happen to be strangers and it is not really my business, I would think twice or thrice about it... if one side is about to abuse the other I might intervene because that's the right thing to do but if the situation is just way too dangerous, like fire guns involved then I shouldn't or worse, if they are having an argument about stupid stuff like a drugs deal gone wrong, gang stuff whatever... I won't risk my own life for two low lives

but if they are "regular" people and we're at a very public place, there's others around and they're making an scene over a stupid thing, then I am way more likely to tell both to calm down and grow up "we're trying to have a good time and in peace"

anyway, there's hundreds of different reasons and scenarios in which I should get involved or NOT involved... so, it is case by case scenario

If they were people who. had some kind of connection to me personally then I would intervene and try to calm things down and act as a mediator.

If they were complete strangers then I would steer well clear
