Guys, would you purposely avoid running into a past hook up if you could help it?

I recently hooked up with a guy haven’t heard much from him since, but he is a big runner and we don’t live far. Before we met he routinely went for runs through my neighborhood and he very much knows it’s my neighborhood. If he didn’t like the hook up would you expect him to change his running routes to avoid a girl? Or would you expect him to keep the same routes?
