Guys, My crush ghosted me?

I wished my crush a happy birthday after we haven't spoken for some time. He replied very quickly to say thanks and said he hopes all is well and is away this week with he's family. I responded asking him how he's been. He read my message quite a few hours and never replied. It's been 2 days now and still nothing. Have I been ghosted or was him telling me he's away a sign he won't be texting back this week as he's away? I am starting to think maybe the feeling aren't reciprocated.

Sorry I should have explained better I texted him on Sunday he said he was going away for the week the next day (on Monday) he said I hope your well so I took it as a question to reply to so I did. He opened my message later that night and never replied and still hasn't
