He purposely isolates himself

He refuses to make any friends & let alone talk to the opposite sex

He stays away from the opposite gender in public because of past drama

Self loathes constantly about his face

He can't stand being around other guys either

I'd feel bad for you, because you obviously have some mental/personality disorder, and continue exercising the neural pathways, which may as well be eternal death. I'd hope that this individual would want to be helped because you can't help one who doesn't want it or is downright unwilling.
