Therapy but then if you are like myself that would just frustrate me more so... not a solution I want to go through. However I suppose that is the point.

Therapy can only help one cope. It can do nothing about the source. Maybe, at a minimum, it can help someone distract themselves from the source but if it is the sort of thing that insists itself not even that is an option.

Not to suggest thse things aren't viable solutions for most people: the source of probably 99% of the anger in this world is made up, after all - easy to just turn off the podcaster or cable newscaster. But there are also quite real reasons to be angry. Indeed the fact that everyone else is angry at made up shit, wasting useful energy against each other, is one of those things that insists itself pretty much constantly.
