Why is it a problem to acknowledge you’re good looking and why are some people obsessed with “humbling” people who have no reason to be humbled. I mean I’m not posting naked photos online - in fact I am not even on social media. I only keep photos for myself and in fact barely take orchestrated photos. I just acknowledged that “I don’t need makeup” and well if I don’t then I don’t I mean I am naturally good looking and nobody has ever had an issue with me in fact it has always been quite the opposite. I don’t understand why this man has such an issue with me knowing I am good looking and with me appreciating it.
What is this man’s problem? Should I break up with him he’s been trying to make me insecure by comparing me to celebrities and models trying to tell me I am not even 1% of whoever he’s using as an example. I’m actually conventionally better looking than the examples he used that too without any cosmetic modifications but I don’t want to have to argue about this nonsense with someone. I think he’s just extremely insecure and is dragging me down to his level.
