The question is: Why does that fact make you jealous? Are you in love with him or do you have a one-sided crush on this guy? Does this guy know that you like him? Is the crush you have on him reciprocated?
Once you have answered these questions, you should also know why he behaves the way he does.
This kind of behavior is more the one of an early teen than the one of an adult. Trying to make others jealous seldom brings the hoped effect. You are playing his game by constantly being on his social media and checking all activities.
