As you said, if someone have liked someone else from forever, it means that the other person is always present in their mind, feeling are pretty strong. As I guy, I would definitely tell the girl I like that I like her. I have nothing to lose and it is posible to be mutual so... and if it is not mutual it's OK, I can move on. Do you know each other, are you close?
