Who is the smartest of the three: Mycroft Holmes, Sherlock Holmes, or Moriarty?

In the books, Sherlock describeds Mycroft as being the smarter one of the brothers. More intelligent but less imaginative and with less ambitions.

Moriaty is described as the only criminal who is equal to Sherlock, so i guess Mycroft is the most intelligent of the three, but doesn't use his intellect as effective as Sherlock or Moriaty.
