I'm an unattractive guy & for years I've gotten the "attention" of many very attractive woman in that they would act very aggressively, patronizing,& sarcastic

Is this "normal" treatment for unattractive guys?

  Many have tried starting problems with me to get my attention
  
  a lot of them were in the 7-9 range in body/face

I married one, but what he lacks in looks he makes up for in so many other ways. Looks are NOT everything.
