I’ve been friends with this boy for a long time we were always just friends he got a girlfriend so he stopped talking to me then they broke up he started to talk to me again saying he wanted hook up with me and stuff. now him and his girlfriend are getting back and he ignores me again and said forget about it

Yea. You don't seem to really require much advice here. This guy is being a dick. You're aware of it. He was a dick once, and you thought: "maaaybe he's changed and isn't a dick anymore". And he proved you wrong, and acted like a dick again.

So now, you can be sure, that this guy is indeed a dick. So now that that's established: (I hope I don't need to say this) but don't let yourself get fucked by this dick again! 🙂
