What are guys views in cold approaching? When you do this during the day is it out of fun, just to encourage women or are you serious about your interest?

I encourage both men and women to approach someone they’re attracted to. But you have to do it at a good time.

As well as accept the fact. If you never met the person or even seen the person. He or she might reject you….. They might have a significant other, might not be interested, or might not date people they don’t know, among many other possibilities.

So. Yes. But also be ready for rejection
