No, men in general have a biological attraction to very feminine, cute looks.
Some Asian cultures promote those looks. For example in japan, cuteness and feminine traits in general are universally socially admired, so even though women in that country that lack those traits exist, they are not on the front page or in ads.

I'm very naturally attracted to Asian women and I love them.
Some white women are just straight up creepy about black guys and they post stuff like that because they were rejected by White men so they want to rub it in their face that she got knocked up by a black dude.
It's not accurate to call it a fetish. Men are attracted to high value women, and the percentage of Asian women who are high value is much higher than among other races. It's about culture, nothing to do with a fetish. It's like saying women "fetishize" high value men. It's a misuse of the term fetish.
