What does it mean if a guy who is sitting next to you gets very close to your face?

A coworker tried to show me something on his computer while he was sitting next to me. He leaned in so close that his face was only one inch away from mine during the whole meeting. I've been watching him for a few weeks and he never did this to anyone else. Does it mean anything? I never encouraged him to invade my personal space or flirt with me.

I think he is taking baby steps to flirt with you. I know women will do that to me at work when they want to flirt but can't flirt too hard because they are at work. They will get real close or "accidentally" touch me.
