What does it mean when a guy says "all girls are beautiful"?

Is he blind or gay? Or he has some vague notion of beauty? Praising all alike is praising none.

Simply means 1 of 4 things:

1) His trying to sound nice and feminist to score "brownie points" to endear himself to a woman or women. This is actually something some guys do to try and score, it is pathetic.

2) His using the term "beautiful" to mean more than just physical skin deep attraction. This is different to above if followed through with action, and just shows he understands attraction is more than skin deep and is developed and strengthened over time. - if pushed to clarify he will concede he finds some womens appearance better looking than others, but might not think its as important.

3) He means all women have potential to be beautiful and is an optomistic sought who thinks women can change their appearance (make up, clothes etc)

4) He thinks your fugly but is trying to be nice about it.
