Well, you aren't giving enough info; how long has it been since the time you guys were together? Was it a date, just a hangout? If you guys just "hung out" and he may have not been under the impression it was a date then he just doesn't prioritize it. If it WAS a date and it hasn't been long since then I'd probably say he is either busy or just bad at texting (which a lot of guys are, I'm personally terrible at texting. Especially a girl I like). If it has been a while then it's likely he isn't super interested.
He had a nice time not a great time he dident sense a spark between you to he is most likely just thinking your. Nice but does not want to hurt your feelings by telling you he is not into you

No but when I replied my pleasure and I said I was on my way to work he didn’t say anything
Maybe he enjoyed it , just didn’t enjoy it enough to keep in touch , or maybe someone else caught his attention?
