How to react to a guy trying to intimidate me?

A fellow college student (whom I'm not in contact with) found out that I stalked him online for years. Now he tries to intimidate me during lectures by turning around to watch me from the corner of his eyes. He wants me to notice him spying on me but I don't react. What should I do?
