Is this flirting/potential interest?

I know this is kind of a difficult question, but I don’t want to put someone in an awkward situation if I don’t have to. Spending time with a family friend over the holidays, I have been getting a “vibe” (for lack of better word) possibly but want to make sure I’m not misreading. He maintains eye contact for long periods of time, looks for me in a room when he speaks, finds random things to say to me just to talk to me and tunes things with other people out when i’m involved, find small ways to touch me when people aren’t paying attention, and even is trying to make far future plans about things for next holidays, etc. I am aware that this could just be friendly behavior, but am slightly confused when he begins paying more attention to me than other people around our age that are with us, also including other girls that could be interested in him. I’m just curious if I’m overthinking or there’s potential that I’m right. I don’t want to say or act a certain way at risk of making things weird on a large scale without an idea of this is true.
