I can turn anything into a joke and easily make people laugh

Some. But what (admittedly very limited) I've seen suggests that it's often VERY elaborate, what with the complex interconnections the autistic mind makes. Few will do it deliberately, but it's not at all uncommon for their jokes to go over people's heads.

I used to know a guy who is autistic. (High functioning.) He did have a good sense of humor. It was a bit subtle and it might have gone over most people's heads. But yeah if you were the type to "get it" with his humor, he was a pretty funny guy.

i used to help out at school for certain classes and there was this guy who was autistic and man he had me turning red and laughing to the point i had to run to the bathroom. 100% funny people

Some do, others don’t. I’m an Aspie woman and my Aspie best friend and I are snide in our sense of humour.

It isn't a requirement to be autistic, nor is being autistic a requirement for having a gsoh.

Everyone's sense of humour is different so you can't generalise like that.
