What are some red flags in a guys appearance that would make you not interested even though you thought he was good looking?

Bad hygiene, or smell. Holls in teeth or sign of bad teeth hygiene.
Just overall a complete disregard to their looks.

Doesn't have to be someone who cares a whole lot or anything like that. Just regular at the very least.

And them smoking or consuming tobacco of any kind. It's not completely related to the appearance and such, but it's still an. Instant no.

I don't know if ai would Cann these "red flags" but it's something that makes me lose instant interest

There generally aren't any 'red flags,' exactly, but there are things that make me lose interest. Like pants hanging down to his knees, untied shoelaces (if he has any), bad hygiene, and just a general slovenly way of dressing. Casual is fine, but you do want to look like you put some effort in.

Smoking and constant drinking are also pretty good at being turn-offs, though I guess they're not really appearance-related.

Sure, but I never see it where I live. They're almost all dressed for gaming in the basement with the bros, or watching porn in a sleeping bag, so I don't have any personal experience with overdoing it. Clothes aren't generally a deal-breaker for me if I find him overall attractive. Even if his style isn't my preference, I could live with it. What comes immediately after looks is personality.

Physically speaking: The absence of good hygiene is a huge red flag and turn off for me. Bathe, use deodorant/cologne, brush your hair/teeth. Bad teeth and body odor are deal breakers for me. Don’t care about clothes, cars or material possessions.

Characteristically speaking: The absence of integrity, empathy, kindness, humor, morals/ethics are red flags for sure. Being kind, caring, compassionate, funny, and hard-working are incredibly important. And while these aren’t apparent by looking at them, it shapes them as a whole.

One would be how he treats say restaurant staff. Seen a guy a while ago that was on a date and was super rude to the waiter, I felt like saying something but fair play to the manager he told him to get out because his staff are not there to be verbally abused. I could see the look on his date's eyes she was clearly embarrassed.

There’s not really physical appearance red flags, more like things that would put me off. Like really bad hygiene, both normal and dental. I consider red flags to be more personality based and action based rather than physical appearance based.

I will never love or like a guy for his good looks - and if he looks good it only means I won't reject him for his appearance. I would still reject him if he is selfish or mean.

I look for a guy who is honest meaning he will disagree with me if I do something he considers wrong. Like a friend told me I was insensitive with my remarks about a depressed friend that would threaten suicide twice a week. He said I should consider her feelings more. A nice guy will disagree agree with you in an honest and non offensive way.

Are they red flags? I don’t think so. Just things I don’t like. So if your only asking about appearance, a man might look attractive until he smiled. And if his teeth were black, stained or rotten that would be an instant no.

Yes except that getting larger breasts through the Miracles of modern medicine is a lot easier than getting taller in the same way. There actually is a surgery to make you taller but it's very expensive and apparently quite painful.
