That said at 15? I'd think several times before sharing anything at all. Hopefully not too many people here asking. Do report the ones that do.

It depends really. If it is someone close to your own age and you have been talking with them for some time, then they might just have a small crush on you. If you are talking to them for the first time and they ask for pics then they probably are not who they say they are and you should not do so. They want it for other reasons. Maybe to pretend to be a young girl on another site... Just be careful and if it doesn't feel right then don't do it...
