Dating a dirty guy?

Who wears the same clothes and possibly the same underwear for 3-4 days straight?
Does this mean he has bad hygiene?
My friend also said that his hair (which is curly but he never keeps it properly) looks dirty and greasy.

Is this OK or he's dirty?

Why are you dating such a guy lol. If he started putting more effort into after meeting you then that would be a good sign, but if he's not then why are you trying to date him?

Myself is a slacker on showers and etc but that's mostly because I am not motivated by a girl I like. Since liking someone would make me try more.

No he never put any effort. On first date he came wearing the same clothes he wears everyday. Whenever he showers or shampoos his hair, his curly hair looks clean and fluffy but on most days, his hair looks very greasy

Hmm that means he does shower though. Also greasy is subjective since some people call it greasy when it's actually healthy.
But hey if you like him and he's not taking regular showers and stuff and he wants to date you he really should start doing that lol
