Do white men think a huge truck impresses the ladies?

I noticed mostly white country men get these huge (specifically white) trucks that blind every one on the road.

It don't impress us!

I'm sure that some men think that, sure, but I don't think that most do. It's rare that I see a guy who thinks their truck is going to get them laid.

Some guys buy trucks because they need a truck. Either their work makes it necessary, they do a lot of towing/hauling, or they spend a lot of time in the country, where 4 wheel drive is essential.

Some other guys seem like they get more out of showing them off to other guys, honestly. "Bro, I've got a huge lift kit, oversized tires, and a smokestack! Isn't it awesome, bruh?" *Never hauls, or tows a single fucking thing*

Nope, men tend to actually do things and have hobbies. We often make purchases based on factual information like towing capacity, hauling volume, horse power, etc. because we use those features for things like towing a boat to go fishing, hauling furniture around when we are moving, bring supplies home to build or repair something, carrying mountain bikes to the trail for a day out in the wood, etc. We're not as emotional and vian as you, it's more of a meat and potatoes sort of decision.

But that is even more true in suburbia, where largely *women* buy that boxy utility vehicle, which is apparently "the 21st century Station Wagon". And in warmer climates, they are all white or otherwise cream colored so as not to get so hot when parked for an extended period of time in a parking lot.

But they are *all over*. I will never forget coming out of shopping one day, only to discover my white boxy SUV was one of countless scattered across the shopping center parking lot, and it took nearly 30 minutes to locate it, on a blazing hot summer day. :P I went and found a distinctive roof rack for my vehicle after that! :D

I think most men are just infatuated with trucks because they're powerful workhorses useful for touring, towing and transportation. I'm a huge fan of trucks and it's nothing to do with impressing haha I'm a simple pragmatic man. I like, I want.

Of course... if one is a farmer or runs a micro-trucking business, such a vehicle may make sense. However, most fuck-up truckers I encounter are just jerks who drive around in something that makes them look bigger... with a loading platform behind that -except for collecting street dust- is kept empty, with a suspension system that strains their back spine, and a silhouette that blocks the view of drivers behind them.
