Why would a guy block you on Facebook when you confessed your feelings for him, then proceed to keep turning up where you are, watching you but not approaching?

Because guys dont generally get online sharing their feelings. He has blocked you because he knows, now you both would not be as close as you used to be. And thus, he does not wants to waste his time anymore, talking and composing you, feeling sorry for you and all.

He set his Facebook to private and keeps making fake ones that are obviously him to check my profile page. He also shows up wherever I am and stares/glances/says hi.

In just over a week, I’ve seen him eight times in person. Most recent was two nights ago. He was lurking around near me, sneaking glances in my direction. Like the way a teenager would. But he doesn’t approach or speak to me.
