Guys, So I just met this guy yesterday at an audition. Before I went in he gave me a fist bump and said “Good luck Molly.” What does that mean?

It means he's wishing you luck. BUT... of interest, he knows your name and you say you never met him. So... he's taken notice of you. I'm not saying there's necessarily something there, but he noticed you enough to catch your name and remember it.
