What does "easy to talk to" mean?

my friend and i are cool with this guy. He told me that im easy to get along with and easy to talk to while he describes my girl friend as complicated and hard to get along with.

Well if you talk about things I am interested in or can be interested in (if it is mostly coming from your side) than I would probably say you were easy to talk to and get along with.

I was talking to a girl at a birthday party last week. No more than polite chat. But a couple of times she responded in contradictory ways that were unexpected. Not that I have any problem with a counter view but if it is expressed in a don't disagree with me manner then i would regard her as hard to talk to and get along with.

So I left her to herself at the end of the table after that.
