No, I don't. I've got a few coworkers' numbers but usually only use them for work. One is a good friend that helped me in the past when I got back home after my brain surgery, while the other one offered to give me rides if I needed them but I'd rather not inconvenience either of them, especially when the first is married.

I text one female friend every day and a few others several times a week. With all of them we are just friends and we've established that in conversation with each other so there are no misunderstandings. I even tell them regularly that I love them, with no romantic overtones to it.

I don't text every day, but we talk on the telephone at least once a day, just to check in with one another. She's around my age, and for us it's a safety net, just in case something has happened that needs or wants to be discussed.
