I think he gets the hint but does it anyway. Kinda lead him on in the past then completely lost all interest. Maybe he’s messing with me because of that.

No idea on that one. If you have the impression it is tho, it might be worth changing your phone number. If you contact your cell phone provider they should be able to change your number for you. Additionally, you could go to the police, and sometimes they have more resources, and would be able to help further.
