What do I do if I’m getting in trouble for talking to guys at work?

Anonymous

I noticed that where I work I get treated unfairly when it comes to this. I have two people at my job who watches who I communicate with especially when it’s a male. One is my actual boss and the other is a wannabe manager (66F) who is the boss pet. I work there are a lot of men and I do get a lot of attention from men at work. I'm not a goof off and abandon my work but I get treated as if I am. I can be doing my work and a guy (usually my age) come up to me talking about something completely (75% its work related) and i get yelled at as if I came up to him.
Some guys ask for help and some guys come up and talk to me first but I get in trouble when it happens. A guy asked me for help for something and asked me to help him. So while i was helping him a few minutes later "the boss pet" yelled at me for no reason and told me to go back to the work i was doing. She was supposed to be helping him but instead was doing something she wasn't even suppose to be doing. My old boss who was a young guy did this to me and watched what guys i talked and the boss BEFORE that now this new boss is doing this except i worked with my new boss for 3 years and while as a normal employee he did this.

I met a guy at work who introduced himself to me and he helps me a lot at work. Recently, I got called in the office because my boss told me that he's heard from several people about me not doing my work and we are both distracting each other. I also was told by my boss that the guy had already gotten called in the office and spoken to but they were waiting on speaking with me cause of time. They separated my shift from him so I can't work with him anymore. I called and ask the guy if he knew any about this and he told me he had no idea. He told me that no managers called him in the office or spoken to him about anything and was confused about it. It made me infuriated. I know it does seem like there's more to these stories but I swear there isn't.
